CGD ART STUDIO provides creative renovation services in residential, commercial interior and conceptual residential architecture planning and design. We essentially renovated the design thinking process to make things easier for homeowners. Our approach is grounded by a set of timeless principles our clients can use to achieve the desired design outcome in the most efficient manner. In every design challenge, we strive to bring forth an emotional or intellectual perspective - without which, a space holds nothing but meaningless presence. Every design challenge requires a response that respects the client’s wishes while adhering to a given budget. We address this challenge with our promise of worry-free simple designer renovation solution with our proprietary 3P process and our B. F. I. creative renovation template.
For those who desire simplicity and convenience, our proprietary 3P approach [ planning, palette and package ] is a convenient way to create effective comfortable spaces without spending countless hours and days toiling over the nitty-gritty details of a renovation. We price and measure renovation by our combined design and renovation output. In other words, we do not charge by square feet or foot run as that is for contractors who complete quantitative construction works with no qualitative design output.

Designing and defining a place is the beginning of an architect or interior designer’s work. A building is not about the architect; an interior space is not about the interior designer. Cedric is a very passionate and complete design professional with knowledge and expertise in architecture, interior design, art, graphic, café setup & operation, boutique B&B design and branding. He has 4.5 years of experience as a design architect based in Chicago, another 15 years of experience in interior design in Malaysia. Believing that design is not complete until it is constructed, he has been actively involved in renovation and interior design works.

Amirul has vast and extensive experience in the construction industry. From architectural to interior and project management, he is highly competent in the field of design and renovation.  His background in large scale commercial architecture projects, the design and construction of bungalows and other small fit-out projects allowed him the opportunity to hone his skills within a short span of 9 years. Amirul is highly enthusiastic in seeking out technical challenges and strive to push boundaries in envisioning new potential in design and construction.
